Plan Your Next Baby Shower or Birthday with Us!
On weekday afternoons between 2pm-4pm, we would love to host your little ones 1st or 2nd birthday party for just R1250. This includes:
- Ladies only + child’s dad
- Up to 12 adults and 15 children (drop ins covered in the rate)
- You will be given the outside section to enjoy (if weather is not on your side, you will be welcome to use the inside section), but other patrons may be around
- You are welcome to bring a cake & small party packs for your guests, but all other food and drinks are to be purchased from the café. We have snack platter options, as well as our full menu available.
- 1 of our qualified minders will be allocated to you to help keep an eye on the kiddies
The Village is also available on Saturday mornings from 10am -12pm for exclusive venue hire. We would love to host your Baby Shower, babies 1st or 2nd birthday, or even a brunch for you and your friends for any celebration! 2 hours slots are available from R4500. This includes:
- Set up time for 1.5hr before your shower starts
- 3 staff members – 2 in the kitchen and café and a manager to supervise the day
- 30 mins to break down after - to clear out anything you have brought in yourself (flowers, balloons, etc)
- Max capacity of the space is 25 pax. We have an outdoor and indoor space – you will have access to the entire space as you require.
- All catering items included (side plates, cake forks, glasses, mugs, cups and saucers)
- We can also quote on catering should you require. We can provide you with our menu options for the Harvest Table. All coffees, teas and cold drinks are to be purchased through the café.
- 2 x bags of ice. You are welcome to bring your own glasses and champage coolers for alcohol should you require
- White paper napkins
- Our minders are available at an extra cost, should you require help with the little ones.
