Refund policy
Exchanges and returns are allowed within 30 days of the date of delivery of your order for all orders except those purchased on sale items. The exchanged item/s need to be in their original packing and be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment. The cost of the return courier will be covered by you.
Step One – email admin@thevillageza.com to notify us of the reason for your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include images if the product has been damaged in any way. We will confirm how and when we will collect the product/s to be returned and whether the item will be exchanged or refunded.
Step Two – repackage your item/s in the original packing and ensure there is sufficient packing to prevent damage. Items that are returned with insufficient packing will not be accepted.
Step Three – The Village will receive the return, inspect the product/s and notify you of receipt and process the refund/exchange provided the above requirements are met.
Items shipped internationally can not be returned or exchanged.
