Shipping policy

The Village has a flat rate of R120 for all orders. We always try to get deliveries out as quickly as possible. Please allow for approximately three days for Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban deliveries and up to seven days for outlying areas. 

Some of our products are made to order and may take a little longer – please check the notes in the product description for more details.

As soon as your order has been shipped we will email you with the details including which company will deliver together with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within a week of receiving shipping details please let us know so that we can investigate.
